This summer has been anything but slow for Martin County Sales of Single Family Homes and Townhouses and Condos. Remarkably, single family home sales are up by 28.8% from June of 2014, and condominiums are up 36.1%. Inventory is at around 4.5 months for single family homes and 3.6 months in condos, which is stark and point to there being continued demand and very limited inventory. With constricted inventory and increase in prices, the days on the market, unsurprisingly, are down by 18% in single family homes and by 32% in condominiums.
